We specialize in treating complex nerve and mobility conditions including drop foot, peripheral neuropathy, CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), post-traumatic nerve injuries, and chronic pain following surgery or work-related injuries.
No referral is needed for most patients. However, some insurance plans may require a referral—please contact our office to confirm.
Please bring:
- Your insurance card and photo ID
- A list of current medications and allergies
- Relevant medical records, imaging, or test results
- Completed new patient intake forms via the portal
Your first visit includes a thorough history, a focused neurological and musculoskeletal exam, and if needed, real-time ultrasound imaging. Dr. Yurkanin will explain your diagnosis, answer your questions, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.
We offer both conservative and interventional therapies including:
- Ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissection
- Orthobiologic injections (e.g., PRP, dextrose, prolotherapy)
- Gait and functional restoration programs
- Surgical options when necessary, tailored to your needs
Many of our treatments are covered by insurance, though some advanced procedures or biologics may be considered out-of-network or cash-based. Our staff will verify coverage and provide cost information before starting any treatment.
